Ralph Guyton

Mr. Ralph Arnold Guyton, 79, of Cartersville, died on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Cartersville Heights.

Born April 10, 1939 in Bartow County, he was the son of the late Joseph Guyton and Jennie Brown Guyton.

Mr. Guyton worked as shipping clerk for American Carpet until they closed. Then for Cartersville Sample until he retired. Preceding him in death along with his parents are his eleven siblings, Beatrice Guyton Harris (Leotis), Mattie Lee Guyton Stone (Lonnie), Louise Guyton, Willie Mae Guyton Franklin (Jess), Christine Guyton Arnett (Red), Anna Lois Guyton Brooks, Marie Guyton Walker (George), Weldon Guyton (Leni), Frank Guyton (Bernice), Bud Guyton (Geneza), and Griffin Guyton (Mable).

Survivors include his nephew, Ricky Guyton.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Mr. Tommy Satterfield Officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview cemetery in Adairsville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
