Reba Jane Gay,86, of Kingston, GA, passed away on December 20, 2024. Reba was born on June 9, 1938 in Ardmore, AL. Reba was predeceased by her parents, Alton and Dessie Miller; husband, Kenneth Gay; brothers, Bob and Tom Miller and sister-in-law, Shirley Miller.
Reba loved her family and friends and most of all The Lord. She would say 'he is with us no matter what we are doing and wherever we go- we are never alone.' Her hobbies were playing her guitar and singing country music to the Senior Center and assisted living in Tampa, FL and Rome, GA. She always tried to be positive and tell her friends and family 'when times get hard and dark, there is a light at the end of the tunnel' and that 'love is the most important thing in life. You can have wealth, all the material things in life. That will not make you happy. Only Love for one another can bring you happiness!!' Reba retired from Lockheed and became a top saleslady for Mary Kay Cosmetics for many years. Reba was the Angel and rock for her family and will be missed greatly.
She is survived by her children, Ronnie Tucker (Diane), Tracy Tucker (Beth); step children, Deana Gay, David Gay, Kenny Gay; grandchildren, Crystal Lee (Clinton), Morgan Shore (Brandon); several step grandchildren; great grandchildren Tucker Lee, Angelica Lee, Emerson Shore and special friend, Joel Johnson.
The family will hold a visitation at Parnick Jennings Funeral home on Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 4:00 -6:00 pm. A service will be held Sunday, December 29, 2024 at 3:00 pm in the Parnick Jennings Chapel.
