Rebecca Ruth Johnson (Kennedy), 73, of Marietta, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Born on December 9, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Marie Puckett Kennedy and Joseph Travis Kennedy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Johnson; brother, Joseph Terry Kennedy; and brother-in-law, Sammy Butler.
Survivors include her siblings, Irish Kennedy Murphy, Fran Butler, and Fred Travis Kennedy; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Pratt Kennedy; and several nieces and nephews.
Rebecca absolutely loved all things jewelry. She also enjoyed reading and served as a volunteer for the Salvation Army.
Rebecca's family will be having a memorial gathering at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Salvation Army in Marietta located on 202 Waterman St S E, Marietta, GA 30060.
