Redus Winston King, 87, of Cartersville, Georgia, regrettably passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at his home.
Redus was born on March 10, 1936 in Cartersville, Georgia, to the late Earl & Eva King.
He is survived by his loving wife Hazel King; his son, Rick King (Cathelene); his daughter, Denise Snellgrove (Tommy); his grandchildren, Gayla King, Ericka King, Brett Snellgrove (Ashley), and Blake Snellgrove (Ashlee); his great-grandchildren, Arroe, Bexlee, Paislee, Liam, and Layla; and his former daughter-in-law, Dale Denham (Ennis).
Redus adored his family and loved spending time with them more than anything. He was a big fan of western films and enjoyed working in the yard and cutting his grass. He will be sorely missed.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. David Baker officiating. The family will attend a private visitation prior to the graveside service.
