Richard Blair

Mr. Richard Jeffery �Rickey� Blair age 57, of Rome, GA, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010.



Mr. Blair was born in Rome, GA on December 26, 1952, the son of Joyce Blair and the late Richard Thomas �Pete� Blair. He loved his family and his dog, Dapple. Also, he enjoyed NASCAR and fishing. Mr. Blair was a truck driver.



In addition to his mother Mr. Blair is survived by his wife, Terri Blair of Rome; two daughters, Shann Morgan of Armuchee and Tammy Blair of Lindale; a brother, Tommy �Fluffy� Blair of Lindale; two step daughters; four step-grandchildren; and his former wife, Wanda Swanson of Armuchee.



A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. in the Oaknoll Chapel of the McGuire, Jennings, & Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Lindsey and Rev. Jackson Davis officiating.



The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour in the Oaknoll Chapel.
