Mr. Robert Edd Allred, 76, of Cartersville, died Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Cartersville Heights. A native of Bartow County, born May 23, 1936, Mr. Allred was the son of the late Frank Allred and the late Pauline Kown Allred.
Mr. Allred was employed by NASA for twenty years as an Engineer and was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his daughters, Teresa Allred of Kennesaw and Cynthia Waller of Lakeland, Florida; his sons, Robert Scott Allred of Kennesaw, Robert "Bobby" Allred and Steven Boyette both of Polk City, Florida; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his sister, Janice Roberts of Pine Log; and his brother, Jack Allred of Rome.
Funeral services will be announced at a later time.
