Robert V. Bollinger, 49, of Cartersville died suddenly Sunday, November 21, 2010 at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Born in Marion, Ohio, July 7, 1961, he was the son of Melvin Bollinger and the late Donna Ruth Seal Bollinger.
Robert was employed by Premier Construction as a project manager. He was a huge Ohio State fan and enjoyed watching their football games on tv. Robert also enjoyed the beach, swimming and being with his grandkids.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Caroline Elaine Mullholand Bollinger of Cartersville; his daughter and son-in-law, Candice and her husband Reggie Eaton, Jr. of Cartersville; his grandchildren, Colin and Caitlyn Eaton; his father, Melvin Bollinger of Ohio; his brothers, Melvin �Skip� Bollinger, Steven Bollinger, Kelvin Bollinger, and Tracy Bollinger all of Ohio; his sister, Brenda Bollinger of Ohio and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Mr. Larry Mullholand and Mr. Kevin Timm officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 � 8 p.m. Tuesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
