Robert Bozeman

Robert Freeman Bozeman, age 87, of Cartersville, went to be with the Lord on November 2, 2018 at Cartersville Medical Center. He was born in Shannon, Georgia on April 30, 1931 and was the son of the late Marvin D. Bozeman and Lillian Atkins Bozeman.
Mr. Bozeman retired as a Master Sargent after serving in the United States Air Force for 21 years. He retired again from Chemical Products with 22 years of service as a Certified Master Electrician. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Bozeman; his brother, Lary Bozeman; and a sister-in-law, Lynn Bozeman.
Mr. Bozeman is survived by his brothers, William D. Bozeman of Decula, Georgia and Henry Bozeman and wife, Nedia of Cartersville; sister-in-law, Gladys Bozeman; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 in the Oak Hill Cemetery with The Reverend Anthony Cain officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services from 5:00 – 7:00 on Tuesday.
