Robert Brawner

Mr. Robert Lee Brawner, Jr., 78, of Cartersville, died Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born July 18, 1936 in Cartersville, he was a son of the late Robert Lee Brawner, Sr. and the late Jessie Mae Butler Brawner. Mr. Brawner was a family man who loved to joke and have a good time. In his younger years he loved to camp with his family. He enjoyed history and watching the History Channel. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Harold Brawner and his sister, JoAnn.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Phena Quinton Brawner of Cartersville; son, Terry Brawner (Sheila) of Cartersville; daughter, Janice Wine (Mike) of Paulding County; grandchildren, Warren Wine, Kristy Wine; sisters, Minnie Fann of Cartersville, Mammie Lou Casey of Cartersville; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive family and friends at the residence of Terry Brawner on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
