Robert Harris

Robert Lee Harris, 76 of Adairsville, passed away on July 13, 2025 at his home. He was born on March 8, 1949 in Cartersville, Georgia to the late Richard Harris and the late Mary Holcomb Harris. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jarrett Harris; and siblings Terry Harris, Bettey Jean Harris, and Inez Harris.

He is survived by his son, Mark Harris; grandchildren Gabriel Mark Harris, Ava Belle Harris, Ethan Alexander Harris, Ashton Zane Harris, Noah Jordan Harris, and Avery Ryder Harris; and siblings Barbara Summey, Patsy Harris, Ronnie Harris, and Raymond Harris.

Robert was very loving to his grandchildren and very generous. He was a good man that enjoyed hunting with anyone or by himself. He loved his dog Wickett and had a healthy appetite.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Reverend Keith Willard officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Tuesday prior to the service.
