Ronnie Rowland

Ronnie Gene Rowland, 73, of Cartersville, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023.

Born on March 16, 1950, in Cartersville, Georgia, he was the son of the late Albert Lee Rowland and the late Annebelle Freeman Rowland. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Janell Hall, Mat Lou Bunch, Harold Rowland, Patricia Slagle, Deecee Tant, Bobby Chatman, and Eddie Rowland.

Ronnie is survived by his daughters, Tonya Ann Rowland (Kevin Teitsort) and Donna Arnold; son, Ronnie Gene Rowland, Jr.; sisters, Sarah Tant (Randal) and Jenny Earwood; grandchildren, Justin Nichols, Jacob Nichols, Blaze Stiles, Mckenzie Taylor, Michael Arnold, and Amber Arnold; and several nieces and nephews.

Ronnie loved the outdoors. One of his hobbies was to go fishing. He also enjoyed working in his garden, and he loved to dance.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Allan Huskins officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery in Adairsville.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Moss, Kevin Teitsort, Joe Tant, Phillip Raines, Vernon Hall, Henry Hall, and Michael Arnold.
