Roy Ted "Teddy" Chitwood, age 58, sadly passed away on September 27, 2023, at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center.
Teddy was born on August 6, 1965, in Floyd County, Georgia, to the late Roy Edward Chitwood and Barbara Eileen Chitwood. He is also preceded in death by his stepbrother James Wiley and his stepsisters Joyce Woods and Carol Wiley.
Survivors include his children James Chase Chitwood, Matthew Cabe Chitwood, and Kayla Black; his grandson Cohen Roy Chitwood; his siblings Barbara Ann Chitwood and Richard Tony Chitwood (Terie); and his nieces and nephews Khrystin Chitwood, Kourtney Chitwood, Edward Chitwood, Britney Ethridge, and Kristin Ethridge.
Servies for Teddy will be announced at a later date.
