Ruth Sizemore

Mrs. Ruth W. Sizemore, 87, of Cartersville died suddenly, Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born November 21, 1925 in Bartow County, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Barkley Watson and the late Virginia Cox Watson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sizemore; her sons, Larry and Ricky Sizemore and a grandchild, Scott Sizemore. She was of the Baptist faith, a member of the Eastern Star and was retired from Union Carbide. She loved her family and her biggest hobby was her kids.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Ken White of Marietta; her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Angie Sizemore of Cartersville; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Bill Bruce of Cartersville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 30, 2013 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Scott Shepard officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 -8 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
