Sally Kruse

Sally Kruse, 93, of Cartersville, passed away Tuesday May 31, 2011 at Star Manor Assisted Living. She was born November 13, 1917 in Amsterdam, New York and was the daughter of the late William S. Doyle and the late Pruna Swart Doyle. She was preceded in death also by her husband of 55 years; Norman S. Kruse and her daughter-in-law; Cathy Kruse.



Mrs. Kruse was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Del Ray Beach Florida for over 60 years. She grew up in upper state New York and attended Douglas College in New Jersey and also was a graduate of Secretarial School in New York City. She held various jobs during the war and met her husband during this time of her life.



Survivors include her sons and their spouses; William and Rena Kruse of Acworth, Georgia, Scott and Ruth Kruse of Westwood, California, and Kevin Kruse of Glenville, North Carolina; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, her sister and her husband; Connie and David Lindsay of Colt Neck, New Jersey, and a number of nieces and nephews.



The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
