Mrs. Sandra Kay Collum, 61, of Cartersville, died Thursday, February 12, 2015 at her residence.
Born June 28, 1953 in Centre, Alabama, she was a daughter of the late William Harold Cline, and the late Geneva Griffith Cline. Sandra was a member of Graceland Church; she was a hard working woman who loved her family, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeffery Chance Collum; sister, Lawanda Cline; and brothers, Charles Cline, Ricky Cline, and Eddie Cline.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Jeff Collum; sons, Jody Wayne Collum and his wife Stephanie, and Chad Collum, all of Cartersville; daughter Wendy Collum Andrews, also of Cartersville; brothers, Billy Cline, William Cline, and Larry Cline, all of Cartersville; sisters, Linda Pickett of Chattanooga, Diane Jordan of Athens, GA, and Gayle Cline, also of Athens; grandchildren, Sarah Collum, Ashley Collum, Gracey Collum, Savannah Flowers, Dawson Flowers, Liley Freeman, Piper Collum, Taylor Collum, Maddison Collum; a great-grandson, Legend Greene; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Eric Helms and The Reverend Allan Huskins officiating. Interment will follow in White United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Dawson Flowers, Jason Flowers, Pete Cline, Ronnie Cline, Richard Marchbanks, and Mark Collum. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chris Lee, Jeremy Huskins, Michael Collum, Shane Simmons and Javier Callardo.
