**Obituary for Sandra Jeanette Garvin**

Sandra Jeanette Garvin, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 6th, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on Wednesday, May 27th, 1953, in Cartersville, Georgia, Sandra remained a lifelong resident of her cherished hometown.

Sandra was the loving wife of Ricky Garvin, with whom she shared 38 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a beautiful family, including their daughters, Libby Caldwell and Sammy Tanner. Sandra was a proud grandmother to Nickki, April, Sierra, and Carl, and she delighted in the joy of her six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam Grogan and Irene Whitener Grogan, her son, Jeremy Keith, and three siblings. Despite these losses, Sandra's enduring spirit and love for her family remained a guiding light for those around her.

Sandra dedicated many years of her life as a stock clerk at Walmart, where she was known for her hard work and friendly demeanor. Outside of work, she found joy in tole painting, a hobby that allowed her creativity to flourish. Above all, Sandra loved her family dearly and cherished every moment spent with them.

Her family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and legacy at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, where arrangements have been entrusted. Sandra's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
