Sandy Templeton

Sandra Inman Templeton, 73, of Cartersville GA, passed away on December 4, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Sandra was born on July 6, 1951 to Earline and William Inman in Camden, S.C.

Sandy was predeceased in death by the late Earline and William Inman, a brother, Danny Inman and a granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth Poe. She is survived by her husband Lewis Templeton, daughter Carey Poe (Rick), step-daughter Cindy Carte (Alan), grandchildren Cara Poe, Jason Carte (Katia), Melissa Delmastro (Tony), Justin Carte, great grandchildren Hannah Shaw and Ryan Shaw.

Sandy enjoyed painting, loved going to the mountains and watching the sunsets and spending time with friends and family. She had a smile that would light a room. She was the director of Victims Assistance for 25 years with the District Attorneys office. Sandy loved the Lord with all her heart and was the founder of Christian League for battered women and served on the board for the Boys and Girls Club. She earned many awards for her outstanding achievements.
