Sara Brawner

Mrs. Sara Lois Brawner, 75, of Austell, passed away, Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in a local nursing home. Born August 3, 1936, in Resaca, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John D. Hopkins and the late Otelia Duvall Hopkins. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sons, David, Robert Edd and Ronald Lewis Clark; her first husband, Robert Clark and second husband, Johnny Brawner; her sister, Johnnie Mae Chapman; and her brother, Robert Hopkins.



She is survived by her grandchildren, Alicia Marie Post and husband, D.J., Jerry David Elvis Clark, Rachel LeeAnn Hernandez and husband, Henry, and Abbigail LeeAnn Barnes; her brother, Carlton Hopkins and wife, Jeanette; and her sister, Margaret Gravley and husband, Norris.



A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Wayne Richmond officiating.
