Sarah Hicks

At her home on Friday May 24th, 2019 in her 73rd year.
Sarah Ann (Ray) Hicks beloved wife of the late Lee Hicks Jr., daughter of Willie Sr. and Tamer (Wilson) Ray preceded in death also and lived in Cartersville, Georgia. Her children are Wanda Hicks Farmer, and Gary (Sharon) Hicks and her special daughter Ammylia-Rose Hicks, whom her life partner John Cunningham raised as their own.
Ms. Hicks was preceded in death with Frankie (Bobby) Moore, Milton Ray, Mickey Ray, that are there to meet her in Heaven.
She has only her brother, Willie Ray Jr., that also lives in Cartersville, and her sister, Hazel Ray.
Ms. Hicks had grandchildren, Christopher Shea Dutto of Adairsville, Georgia, Jessica Dutto, Keeley Dutto, Elijah Reeves, and Hunter Whitener, Dustin Lee Hicks of Seattle, Washington, Brian Southern of Cartersville, Georgia, Kevin Ray also of Cartersville, Georgia. She had numerous nieces and nephews.
Her memorial service will be at Zion Hill Church on June 6, 2019, beginning at 6:00pm, and ending at 8:00pm.
