Sarah Elizabeth Lowe, 87 of Cartersville Georgia, passed away on October 5, 2023 at her home.

She was born on December 23, 1935 in Cartersville, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Lowe; mother, Lillian Millisapp; step father, Bill Millisapp; sons, Mac Lowe and Timbo Lowe; grandson, Alex Gallegos; son-in-law, Delmar Strange; great-granddaughter, Amelia Dawn Wallace; brothers, RL Millisapp, Jerry Millisapp, and Terry Millisapp; and a sister, Margaret Davis.

Survivors include her children, Frank Lowe, Joe Lowe (Alesia), Martha Strange, Carolyn Chapple (Tim) and Susan Lowe; 19 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; sister, Maxine Price; and sister-in-law, Angie Millisapp.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Reverend Larry Hufstetler officiating. Burial will follow at Old Macedonia Cemetery in Cartersville. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, October 9, 2023 at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Lowe, Mason Tordrup, Joseph Wood, Jay Duncan, Shawn Strange, and Bob Tordrup.
