Born March 26, 1984 in Wilmington, North Carolina, she was a daughter of James Edward Mitchell and Valerie Lind Sebastian Mitchell.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her son, Justin James Laughter of Wilmington, NC; brothers, Jamie Mitchell of Wilmington, Nicholas Mitchell of Michigan, and T. J. Haynie of Wilmington; sisters, Jessica Mitchell of Michigan, Heather Sebastian of Wilmington, and Jessi Sebastian, also of Wilmington; along with an aunt, Debbie Sebastian.
Memorial services will be private.
