Shirline Miller

Mrs. Shirline Kuykendall Miller, age 60, of Acworth, died Monday, March 28, 2016 at Cartersville Medical Center. Born on October 8, 1955 in Fulton County and was the daughter of the late James F. Kuykendall and Ruby Nell Pitts Kuykendall.

Mrs. Miller enjoyed watching NASCAR. Her children and grandchildren were her life. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceding her in death along with her parents is her son, Daniel Kuykendall, her granddaughter, Courtney Owens, Elizabeth Brooks and Ralph Kuykendall.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Miller of Acworth; her children, Isaiah Ford, Ronald Miller, Jesse Miller, John Owens (Dalane), Chris Owens (Brittany), Travis Owens, Avis Owens and Genese Rhodes (Rocky); her siblings, Pauline Hartness, James Kuykendall, Dean Kuykendall, Christine Hamilton, Jimmy Kuykendall, Pete Kuykendall and Lynn Strickland; along with numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2016 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Robert Koontz officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. on Thursday prior to the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Zeb Brock, Mike Kuykendall, Jesse Miller, Rocky Rhodes, David Smith, Josh McCombs and William Kuykendall.
