Mr. Steven Earl Graves, 36, of 352 John White Road, Resaca, Georgia, died October 3, 2007 at his residence. He was born in Floyd County on September 30, 1971 to Karen Sue Fuller and Gordon Lee Graves.
Steven was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leroy and Mary Louise Graves, James Fuller; step-grandfather, Ronald Stewart; and a very special uncle, Ronnie Stewart.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Kimberly Graves of Warne, NC.; parents, Karen and Gordon Graves of Resaca; grandmother, Grace Stewart of Resaca; step-daughter, Allison Wall; step-son, Patrick Pendergrass; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shawn and Robert Hall, Gina and Matt Hix all of Armuchee; brothers, Gordon "BamBam" Graves Jr. of Forsyth, and Dehaan Graves of Pelham; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. in the Heritage Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Stoners Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Adairsville, GA.
Pallbearers will be Joel Graves, John Doan, Kyle Kinsey, Robbie Hall, Sam Johnson, and Jason Graves. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brian Johnson, Lee Johnson, Michael Trotter, Walter Graves, and Lee Ray.
The family will receive friends at the Heritage Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home on Friday, from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour.
