Sybil Jennings

Sybil Frances Jennings, 78, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025. Born on March 2, 1947, in Fairmount, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Roy Erwin Norrell and the late Mildred Surratt Norrell. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Walter Jennings; son, Robert Lee Jennings; and siblings, Jimmy Norrell, JoAnn Collins, Meriam Jane Norrell, Mary Elizabeth Young, Johnny Warren Norrell, Patsy Martin, and Horace Norrell.

Sybil loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed eating her boiled peanuts and cooking, especially fruit cakes.

Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Cagle and Sara Sawyer (Danny); grandchildren, Ashley Cagle, Daniel Sawyer, Justin Cagle, Tashina Cagle, and Brody Cagle; and great grandchildren, Skkiler Michaud, Gracie Michaud, Jack Michaud, Easton Cagle, Grayson Cagle, Jeffrey Cagle, Callie Cagle, and Rowen Cagle.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Woffords Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery.
