Theodore "Ted" Thomas Chandler, 86, of Euharlee, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Born on January 7, 1938, he was the son of the late Benjamin Chandler and the late Ethel McNeese Chandler. He is also preceded in death by his five brothers and two sisters.
Ted proudly served his country in the United States Navy and later went on to spend his career as a switchman for IHB Railroad.
Survivors include his loving wife, Sandra Cargle Chandler; children, Brenda, Jeff (Kelley), and Mike (Barbi); eight grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; stepdaughters, Jenny (David), Becca, and Sara (Mark); seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family will be having a memorial service at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Georgia National Cemetery.
