Terry Johnson

Terry Lamar Johnson, 50, of Calhoun passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Gordon County Hospital. Born September 10, 1960 in Bartow County he was the son of the late Hubert Johnson and the late Joyce Holmes Johnson. He was also preceded in death by his brother Delbert Johnson.



Terry was a carpenter and spent his talent in the construction industry. He loved to hunt, fish, and spend time outdoors.



Survivors include his son, Brian Johnson; his girlfriend, Brenda Seals; his son�s mother, Virginia Johnson; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Junior and Laura Johnson, Johnny Johnson, and Ricky and Allison Johnson; his sisters and brother-in-law, Brenda Franklin, Glenda and Jerry Hyde, and Debra Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.



The family will receive friends from 12 � 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Rev. Allen Melton and Parnick Jennings, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Ryo Cemetery in Fairmount.



Serving as pallbearers will be Terry�s nephews. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Terry�s special friends. These gentlemen are asked to be at the funeral home by 1:15 pm on Sunday.
