Thomas "Spot" Lowry, of Cartersville, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 27, at the age of 59 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born in Cartersville, GA, on August 12, 1960, he was the son of the late Frank H. Lowry, Sr. and the late Clara Lowry.
Thomas is survived by his sisters; Sarah Jo Sanchez, Jane Jefferson and Phyllis (Daniel) Fuqua and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Frank Honea Lowry, sisters, Gwen Broadway, Frances Clark and Debra Huskins.
Thomas enjoyed hunting and collecting guns. He loved shooting his guns and was a competition shooter. He worked at Good Year for 25 years and is a member of the Emerson Masons lodge. He has an incredibly special dog friend Dakota, they were always together spending time with each other.
