Mr. Thomas Allen Williams, age 37, of 133 Prater Road, Kingston, GA, died Wednesday, June 9, 2004.Mr. Williams was born in Johnstown, PA, the son of Roberta Rhoades Williams Martinez and the late Harry T. Williams. He had been a resident of the area since 1988, moving here from Tampa, FL. Mr. Williams was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He was a plumber and a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local #72. Mr. Williams enjoyed yard work, softball and being with his family. He was a loving husband and father with a good heart.Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Lisa Penson Williams, to whom he was married on March 25, 1989; two daughters, Ashley Williams and Lauran Williams; his mother, Roberta Martinez of Tampa; one sister, Tina Dodson of Newnan, GA; two brothers, Chris Williams and Richard Williams, both of Tampa.Funeral services for Mr. Williams will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Branton and Rev. George D. Chastain officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Williams will be carried to the church on Saturday to lie in-state from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour.Mr. Williams will remain at the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home where the family will receive friends this (Friday) evening from 7 until 9 p.m. Pallbearers are asked to meet at the church on Saturday by 1:30 p.m. and include Boyd Penson, Richard Penson, Cody Clark, Jimmy Dodson, Bret Chastain and Tyler Chastain.
