Tom Smith

Mr. Tom Smith, 68, of Ranger, Georgia, died Friday, May 22, 2015 at his residence.
Born January 15, 1947 in Cartersville, Georgia, he was a son of the late Henry A. Smith and the late Gemmae Payne Smith. Mr. Smith was of the Baptist Faith. He and his father owned Smith's Fina and Smith's Towing Service where he enjoyed dealing with the public. With his good sense of humor and tales of great stories he could talk to anyone.

Survivors include his sons, Clint Smith (Niki) of Ranger, Andy Smith (Robyn) of Pine Log, Mark Smith (Lynn) of White; grandsons, Shelby Smith, Gavin Smith, Beau Smith, Hank Smith; sisters Janet Paige (Jimmy) of Cartersville, Marcia Ann Thacker (Ricky) of Cartersville; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in Sunset Memory Gardens with the Reverend Josh James officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
