Tommy Decker

Thomas "Tommy" Allen Decker II, age 50, of Adairsville, Georgia, regretfully passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on August 2, 1972, in Cartersville, Georgia he was the son of Judy Decker and the late Thomas Allen Decker Sr. He is also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lewis & Catherine Thurman; his paternal grandparents, Gladys and Truman Decker; and his beloved pet dog, Jake.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife, Diane Lilly; his proud mother; Judy Decker; his beautiful daughter, Erica Lilly; his beloved grandson, Hayden Alexander; as well as several very special aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Tommy was an outdoorsman who absolutely loved fishing, hunting, camping, horseback riding, and gardening. He taught his wife Diane to garden and grew multiple gardens with his mother at her home, sharing his green thumb with those he loved most. He was a very giving and loving man, always kind to others and always willing to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially if they were doing something outside. Tommy will be missed terribly but he will always be fiercely loved by those he's left behind.
There are no services scheduled at this time, however Tommy's family will announce a Celebration of Life at a later date.
