Tommy Shook, 80, of Cassville passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023.
Born on January 11, 1943 in Cassville, he was the son of the late Charlie and Annie Shook. Tommy is also preceded in death by his wife Diane Shook and his siblings Frances Cowart, Lucille Cowart, Charles Shook, David Shook, and Ernest Shook.
Tommy was employed by the Bartow County School System for many years.
Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Dan Neal and Susan and Jeff Sharpton; his grandchildren, Lauren and Maurice Stradinger, Zachary Neal, Jennifer Sharpton, and Julie Sharpton; brother and sister-in-law Daniel and Marion Shook; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give special thanks to his caregivers at Canton Center for Nursing and Healing.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Cassville Cemetery with Reverend David Baker officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Sharpton, Dan Neal, Zachary Neal, and Maurice Stradinger.
