Viola Lee

Mrs. Viola Ruth Lee, 77, of Cartersville passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at the Cartersville Medical Center. She was born August 2, 1931 in Cleveland, Tennessee and had worked as a cook in various restaurants in Cartersville for years. She also worked as a house sitter with the elderly in their own homes. Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank Lee; and several brothers and sisters.



Survivors include her children, Richard Ledford of Cartersville, Donald Lee of Cartersville, Joseph Mark Lee, Sr. and his wife, Betty, of Euharlee, Judy Stephens and her husband, David, of Cartersville, and Mary Ellen Holcomb of Georgia; her grandchildren, Julie Stephens, Melody Burton, Jada Lee, Jeffrey Lee, Jason Lee, and Joseph Mark �Jo Jo� Lee, Jr.; and her great-grandchildren, Laura Evans, Alexis Burton, Heaven Lee, and Terry Reece.



Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2008 at Woffords Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tony Lyle officiating.



The family will receive friends from 1 � 2 p.m. Friday at the graveside.
