Virginia Burch

Virginia Ann "Jenny" Burch, age 81, of Cartersville, Ga., passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was born October 10, 1934, the daughter of the late Homer Leslie Biddy and Nelia Chumler Biddy.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Burch is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Earl Wofford Burch; her daughter, Pamela; her son, Rickey; and step son, Ronald.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her loving children; 3 daughters, Cheryle (Randy) Mathews of Fairmount, Terri Morrissey (John Warren) of White, and Teresa (Tim) Mathews of Fairmount; 6 Sons, David (Sandra) Burch of Fairmount, Randall (Gail) Burch of Resaca, Stephen (Teresa) Burch of Cartersville, Jerry (Denise) Burch of Cartersville, Gerry (Deborah) Burch of Cartersville, Barry (Kim) Burch of Cartersville; 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Joe Nix officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew Mathews, Josh Burch, Wesley Burch, Dwight Fox, Greg Hardin and Joseph Mathews. James Smith, Larry Salts and Hayes McCormick will serve as honorary pallbearers.
