Walter O'Bryant

Mr. Walter Edward �Eddie� O�Bryant, age 56 , of Rome, GA, died Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at his residence.



Mr. O�Bryant was born in Floyd County, GA on March 6, 1953, the son of Hilda Mitchell O�Bryant and the late William Edward O�Bryant. Mr. O�Bryant had lived in Monterey, CA. for twenty years prior to moving back to Rome. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. O�Bryant was a avid motorcycle collector and loved playing his guitars.



Survivors include his mother, Hilda Byrd of Athens, GA; sister and brother-in-law,

Patti and Rev. Fred Rowell, former pastor of Sherwood Forest Baptist Church, of Athens, GA.



The family will have an informal gathering on Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. in the Heritage Chapel of the McGuire, Jennings & Miller Funeral Home with closing and comments to be delivered by his brother-in-law Rev. Fred Rowell.
