Wayne Daniell

Mr. Wayne Daniell, 73, of Cartersville, died Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

Born October 17, 1940 in Villa Rica, Georgia, he was a son of the late Jackson Monroe Daniell and the late Ethel Rene Daniell. Mr. Daniell attended Wofford's Crossroads Baptist Church and was retired from Cartersville Medical Center. He was very active in mission work and made many mission trips, this passion led him to found Worldwide Missions Supply, Inc. Mr. Daniell also enjoyed gardening and sewing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Daniell and Noel Daniell.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Lurene Daniell; children, Christy Creel and her husband Stephen of Chattanooga, TN, Michael Daniell of Cartersville, and Melissa Stegall and her husband Chris of Cartersville; grandchildren, Brayden Creel, Jacob Creel, Coulson Stegall, and Jentezen Stegall.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend David Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in Dewey Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
