William Hall

William Greer Hall, 76, of Cartersville Georgia, passed away on January 18, 2023 at Floyd Medical Center.

Born on September 7, 1946, he is the son of the late Joseph Hall and Lena Hall. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia Hall; sister, Debbie Hall; and brother, Jerry Hall.

Survivors include his children, April Arnold, Rachel Carrell, Joey Hall, and Sarah Martin; grandchildren, Tyler Gillispie, Shelby Gillispie, Tristan Gillispie, Benjamin Arnold, Brittany Carrell, Jacob Carrell, Amanda Akins, Levi Martin, Colton Martin, Lucas Martin, Kathryn Martin, Gary Shook, and Amber Hall; as well multiple great-grandchildren.

William began his service career in the National Guard and ended in the Army, serving his country for a total of 14 years. He was a loving, caring, and simple God-fearing man. He gave everything he had to everyone and did not think twice about it. He also loved and adored his dog, Coco.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. A service will be held at 2:00 pm in the funeral homes chapel. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Fairmount, Georgia.

Serving as pallbearers will be Skeeter, Eric, Clyde, Richard, Macale, Dustin, Mike, and Ron.
