Mr. William James Kelly passed away peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2013 at
Cartersville Medical Center at the age of 24. A native of Bartow County, William was born
January 2, 1989 the son of William Dewayne Vines and Tonya Lee Kelly Vines.
William liked to make everyone smile.
He is survived by his parents; a sister, Megan Vines and a brother, Ashton Vines all of
Cartersville; his grandmothers, Linda Kelly of Calhoun and Patsy Vines both of Cartersville;
and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 25, 2013 at his residence
located at 130 Old Rudy York Rd. NW., Cartersville. The Reverend Larry Russell will be presiding.
