William Paul Miller, 91, of Cartersville died Sunday, June 7, 2009 at the Felton Manor Assisted Living. Born May 30, 1918 in Rockville, Indiana, he was the son of the late Edwin Miller and the late Mary Dueseldorf Miller. William was a master gardener and also wrote articles for the local newspapers in Cartersville and Rome.
Survivors include his daughters, Nancy Miller of Cartersville and Karen Boda of Marietta; his sister, Rosemary Brooks; and five grandchildren.
Mr. Miller will be taken to Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. for burial. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Church Of The Ascension in Cartersville followed by a reception in the Parrish Hall. Rev. Linda Pineo and Rev. David Helfrich will officiate.
