William Reagan

Mr. Alfred Reagan, 62, of Taylorsville passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at his residence.

Born on June 5, 1963, he was the son of the late William Reagan, Sr., and the late Annie Whitener Reagan; he was also preceded in death by his brother, William Harry Reagan, Jr.

Alfred was born in Cartersville, Georgia and retired from the City of Cartersville after 27 years of dedicated service. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Santa Rosa located in Pace, Florida, and a former member of the John W. Akin Lodge #537 in Taylorsville. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, camping, and growing a garden. Above all else he loved his family, especially his grandchildren who knew him as Paw Paw and Pop Pop.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Hopkins; his first wife, Shirley Hammonds; his son, William "Booger" Reagan (Hollie); his granddaughters, Chloe Reagan, and Caley Reagan; his special grandchildren, Micheala "Mop Top" Reed, Ashley Sanders and Luke Sanders; his godsons, William Reed (Brittany); and Willie B. (HaHa I got the last laugh); his brother, Reggie Reagan (Kayla); his sister, Sheryl Reagan-Terry (Brent); his nieces, Crystal Greenlee (Mike), and Tanya Mitchell (Billy); his nephew, John Reagan; his great nephew, Cale Reagan; his great nieces, Lillian Mitchell, and Daisy Mitchell; his step children, Bert Reeves (Amy), Amanda Collier (Scott), and Carol Anthony; his step grandchildren, Tyson Holder (Katelyn), Michael Holder (Erica), Madison Reeves, Trent Hollis, Lia Collier, Nichole Marin (C.J.), Raylynn Anthony, Leon Hurd.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 am – 10:30 am, on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am in the chapel with Mr. Wayne Fuqua officiating.
