William Thompson

William Lee Thompson, 25, of Cartersville died Sunday, March 1, 2009 at his residence. Born in Marietta,Georgia on June 11, 1983, he was the son of Lisa and Charles Thompson. He was employed by Goodyear Automotive and enjoyed riding four wheelers. Lee was kind, tender hearted and had a forgiving spirit. He will be missed by all those who knew him.



Survivors include his wife: Tara Thompson; his step-daughter Michelle; his mother and step-father, Lisa and Charles Short; his half-brother, Charles Short, Jr.; his step-sister, Christi Short; his grandparents, Donald and Peggy Reece; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.



A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Doyle Oliver officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 5 � 7 p.m.



In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Children�s Healthcare of Atlanta, 1687 Tullie Circle N.E. Atlanta, Ga. 30329
