William "Bill" Windham, Sr.

William Ramon Windham Sr., 82, born on July 22, 1942, of Cartersville Georgia, passed away on February 23, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his parents; William Windham and Carrie Windham and his wife; Jo Ann Windham.

Survivors include his children; son, Ramon Windham and daughter, Renee Keesler (Bill); grandchildren, Tyler Cain, Samantha Hughes, Kalie Keesler, Joshua Windham; great-grandchildren, Delilah Windham, Caden Hughes.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Ronnie Edwards officiating. A burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cartersville. The family will receive friends from 9:00 – 10:30 am on Saturday prior to the service.
