Willie Jaworski

Mrs. Willie Mae Underwood Daniel Jaworski, 93, of Cartersville, died peacefully Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at her residence following a short illness. She was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky January 31, 1917 and was the daughter of the late Watt Underwood and the late Grace Padgett Underwood.

Mrs. Jaworski moved from Kentucky to Cartersville in 1988. She worked as a sales person in the insurance industry and was a tireless servant of her church and community. She was a member of Canton Road Church of God where she was in charge of the seniors. Preceding her in death along with her parents are her first husband, Orvil Ivan Daniel; her second husband, Stanley Jaworski; her son, Robert Daniel; one brother and one sister.

Survivors include her daughter, Onita Blankenship of Kennesaw; two grandchildren, Denise Lynn Shadrick of Arkansas and Avis Grace Wilson of Oklahoma; eleven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Canton Road Church of God with Rev. Dewayne McCreary and Rev. Dale Brewer officiating. Mrs. Jaworski will be taken to Bowling Green, Kentucky to be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers are asked to meet at 10:15 a.m., Thursday at Canton Road Church of God and will include: Dennis Priest, Johnny Davis, Steve Jones, Freddie White, Rodney Ryans and Nick Barnett. Ken Roth and Steve Arendall will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 5 � 8 p.m., Wednesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Canton Road Church of God.
