Wm. Leigh Ericson, 32, of Cartersville died Thursday, November 19, 2009 at his residence. Born March 26, 1977 in Galesburg, Illinois, he was the son of Pamela Ericson Easley and Merlin Davis.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel Guyton Ericson of Cartersville; his children, Krisha Marie Ericson and Devin Michael Ericson, both of Canton, Illinois; his mother, Pam Easley of Galesburg, Illinois; his father, Merlin Davis of Bushnell, Illinois; his brother, William Carlton Patch, III of Fort Carson, Colorado; his grandmother and grandfather, Pat and William Lashbrook of Canton, Georgia; his uncles, Eric Ericson of Ellijay, Georgia and Karl Ericson of Canton, Georgia; his aunts, Krista Ericson of Canton, Georgia, Clarise Fenner of Burlington, Iowa, and Teri Williams of Galesburg, Illinois; father-in-law, H. Lee Guyton, Jr. of Cartersville; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Susan Echols Kennedy and Leon Kennedy of Canton, Georgia; and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Doug Simons and Rev. Jody Cagle officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 � 9 p.m. Monday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
