Mr. Woodrow Preston Clark, 74, of Calhoun passed away on February 7, 2022, at Cartersville Medical Center.

Born on August 13, 1947, in Maxton, North Carolina he was the son of the late RC Cummings and the late Margaret Clark; he was also preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Clark all of McColl, South Carolina.

Woodrow loved his family and spending time with them as much as possible. He was proud of his native American heritage and traveled to the reservation to marvel at the pow wow that was held there each year. Along with collecting artifacts Woodrow also loved to cook and eat different foods. He fought many health issues, but he always did it with a positive attitude.

Survivors include his children, Woodrow Clark, Sr. of McColl, SC, Samantha Anderson of Cartersville, Sandra Morris of Calhoun, Carl Clark of Rome, and Stacey Jenkins of Cartersville; his siblings, Sanford Cummings of McColl, SC, and Carl Clark of Indiana; his fiancé, Paige Worley of Cartersville; his bonus child, Nick; 21 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in Woodrow's honor at 201 North Wood Dr. Rome, GA 30161.
