Obituary for Mary Beth. Griffin

Mrs. Mary Beth Griffin, 83, of Cartersville, passed away, Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Fite Living Center following a lengthy illness. Born in Thomasville, Georgia on July 10, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Harry W. Butler and Mary Ida Killingsworth Butler.
Mrs. Griffin was of the Baptist Faith and was very active in her local church in both youth and senior adult Sunday school teaching. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cindy Robertson; her brother, Harry Butler; and her sister, Cheryl Butler.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Griffin; her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Cindy Tanner Griffin; three granddaughters, Britney, Emily and Shelby; her grandson-in-law, Micah Lacher; her son-n-law, Cliff Robertson; her sister-in-law, Pat Butler; along with her nephews, Scott, Jeff and Blake Butler.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Grace Baptist Church, located at 477 Old Cassville White Road, NW, Cartersville, with The Reverend Doug Harris officiating.
