I have known Rosie for 58 years but when I met her at 12 years old she was Mrs. Parker. She was always a great and kind lady. When she moved to Kingston she became friends with my parents. Our friendship with Rosie has been long and we admired Rosie for her ability to be forthright and sincere. Bill and Suzie along with all the family have lost a great lady that will be missed dearly by family and the community. We are proud and honored she passed our way and called us her friends. God bless the family. Rosie I will never forget you. Bill and Suzie your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
